The arbitration shall take place in the United States. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AND CHURCH'S CHICKEN EACH AGREE THAT DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR TO PRESIDE OVER ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13.4 Small Claims Court

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in lieu of arbitration, provided the claim qualifies and remains in such court.

13.5 Jury Trial Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND CHURCH'S CHICKEN EACH WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS.

14. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect for as long as you use or access this Site or our services.
